Thermoscope. A glass weather glass similar to types used in 17th Century. Made from Borosilicate (Pyrex) glass in two parts in our own glass workshops we once had at Merton. Liquid not supplied - can be simply filled with some coloured water. It is responsive to pressure and temperature change. An unusual simple barometer.
